Meet the Managers
Nick Ford, RSE
GENERAL Manager
Nick Ford has over 25 years of experience as a mason in the Ottawa area. In 2008, he founded Integrity Masonry and has led a skilled team in providing high-quality masonry construction, restoration, and repair services in both residential and commercial sectors. Under his leadership, Integrity Masonry has earned a reputation for excellence as well as numerous customer service awards.
Nick holds an Executive MBA from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa (2023) and a Construction Management Certificate from Algonquin College (2020, Honours). He is a Red Seal Certified Mason, having completed a rigorous apprenticeship at the Ontario Masonry Training Centre. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University. His expertise spans business strategy, project management, finance, and masonry craftsmanship. He has served as an expert witness on two separate occasions in legal disputes related to masonry.
Nick is the proud father of two boys.
Tessa Ferzli, RSE
Operations manager
Tessa Ferzli is a first-generation Canadian of Lebanese and Portuguese descent. She was hired by Integrity Masonry at age 17, completing her masonry apprenticeship after completing the heritage masonry program through Algonquin College. At age 21, she became Canada’s youngest female Red Seal Mason. Tessa hasn’t looked back since becoming Integrity’s Operations Manager in 2020.
In 2024, Tessa’s impact was recognized nationally when she was named a Skilled Trades Winner in Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. Alongside her work at Integrity, she is also a founder of Women On Site, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and advocating for women in the building industries.
With a passion for craftsmanship, a fearless approach to leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset, Tessa is not just preserving the past—she’s a bold trailblazer for inclusivity in the construction trades.
